It’s my goal to shift the conversation about HR. What you do is incredibly valuable. We all know that people are the real difference makers in any organization.

But, how can we showcase that in a way that shuts up the naysayers and drives organizational performance at the same time?

We have to shift the conversation. We have to help everyone see that HR Drives Impact.

When HR Drives Impact is an individual or group coaching program designed to give you or your team what’s needed to drive real, bottom-line, organizational impact in the organizations you support.

Program Content

Connecting your HR initiatives to driving organizational results
Ensure you are linking each and every one of your initiatives to real, high-impact organizational results that matter to leaders.

Understanding and gaining mastery in the Seven Key Skills of High Impact HR professionals.
Putting you on the path to master research-based critical HR skills.  These are skills that you will need to ensure lasting impact.

Rolling out initiatives that have impact
The ultimate goal is to ensure the organization wins in the workplace and marketplace. We work with you directly on the rollout initiative.

Design:

When HR Drives Impact is a 60-day focused coaching program that contains the following:

  1. Complete HR Driving Business Results program documentation (including templates and job aides):
    • Connecting initiatives to business results.
    • Mastering 7 key skills of the HR professional of the future
    • How to Create a culture of feedback
    • How to connect employees to customers (and purpose)
  2. One-on-One Weekly Coaching with Anil for 2 months* where you will walk away with:
    • an implementation plan on a new/upcoming initiative that will positively impact the bottom-line results of your organization.
    • Individual development plan to plan out learning for how to be the kind of HR person that has real, lasting organizational impact (putting b in #1 above into action).

*This time frame can be altered based on availability. It can be modified to accommodate working with teams as well.

  • Analysis of a survey to over 500 HR professionals
